WRITING IS WHERE IT ALL BEGAN.

The very first version of this website was a simple blog where I would post on a weekly basis. Since there was so little online material in the world of player support, I thought to make a small contribution. Unfortunately, I lost all of that material in a failed website migration and have been slowly building it back up since last year. Writing helps me process and since the expansion of the business into a full-time endeavor, it has taken on a new flavor.

There are now several different types of publications that we would like to produce as an organization:

• Regular paid newsletters that include some free portion.

• Free newsletters and other publications meant for broad audiences in the support, trust and safety, operations, and management disciplines.

• Collaboration pieces, usually free.

• White papers (some will be monetized, and others will be free).
